SIGHT

Rolling papers have more to them than meets the eye—literally. The opacity (how “see-through” a paper is) depends on the blend of materials. Each OCB paper features a distinctive watermark, pressed into the paper during production for its signature look, and is lined with always sticks Acacia gum, applied with precision for a seamless roll every time.

Opacity

The word for “seeing through” the paper. Opacity depends on the blend of materials used to make the paper. The most “see through” OCB rolling papers are made from 100% wood pulp.

Watermark

A pattern pressed into the paper. Giant, uncut rolls of paper are pressed between two rollers to apply the visible watermark.

Gumline

A visible line of natural Acacia gum can be seen on every OCB paper.  It is applied evenly and precisely by using a proprietary process.

TOUCH

OCB papers are ultra-thin, ranging in weight from 10 g/m² to 16.5 g/m² for that perfect balance of strength and finesse. Designed with durability in mind, our papers have exceptional tensile strength and hold up effortlessly during rolling. With a hand feel that can be silky, crisp, or even cottony, each sheet is crafted to deliver a premium rolling experience.

Weight

Our paper is measured in grams per square meter (g/m²) and range from 10 g/m² to 16.5 g/m².

Tensile Strength

The breaking point of a paper. Stronger paper holds up better throughout rolling process.

Hand Feel

The feel of a rolling paper during the process of rolling. Silky, crisp, cottony, and other descriptive language is commonly used to communicate these characteristics.

TASTE

Mouthfeel is all about preference—some papers create a softer, smoother sensation, while others offer a fuller, more robust experience. This comes down to how the paper and material burn together, shaping the smoke you inhale. Porosity also plays a role. More porous papers allow for optimal airflow, delivering a smooth, effortless draw.

Mouthfeel

How the paper and material burn in tandem to “shape” the smoke that you “feel” – some papers may evoke a “soft” feel, while others may have a “robust” feel.

Porosity

An attribute of papers that refers to the almost microscopic level at which air naturally passes through the surface of any paper.
