What is the age requirement for placing an order?

What is your shipping policy?
We only ship within the continental US. We offer free shipping for all orders over $30. For orders under $30, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout
What is your return policy?
Rolling paper, cones, and accessories may be returned at no cost within 30 days of delivery if caused by manufacturing defects or damages. We do not offer returns for products that have been used. Please contact us at contact@ocbusa.com to inquire about a return.

Do you make your own paper?
We're proud to be vertically integrated and make our own paper from scratch. Most others don't! It allows us to hone every detail, giving you the best experience possible.
What is the difference between all of the paper types?
Each paper type is made from a different plant textile—bamboo, organic hemp, wood, flax, or rice. The unique fibers offer a different hand feel, mouth feel, and burn profile so you can find your perfect paper.
Why does the gum line matter?
The perfect roll sticks ‘til the last puff! We use a proprietary application process to consistently and evenly apply our special blend of Acacia gum. This ensures your roll always sticks, session after session.
Are OCB rolling papers sustainably crafted?
Yes! We prioritize local sourcing and endeavor to source everything from within 500km of our facilities to reduce our environmental footprint. Even our packaging is biodegradable, printed with vegetable inks, and engineered to reduce waste.
Our carbon-neutral facility in Perpignan, France, runs on renewable energy—hydropower, wind, solar, and biomass—while meeting the highest industry standards. Our facility is internationally certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and GMP certified, ensuring the best in quality and environmental responsibility.
